💫 Divine Dance Workshop: Journey to Ecstasy

Our workshop unfolds in three phases designed to deepen your connection with yourself, the divine, and our tribe.

1️⃣ Opening Circle Ceremony: Setting the Stage

We begin with an opening circle ceremony with Blue Lotus or Cacao to enhance spiritual experiences.

2️⃣ Solo Inner Dance: Igniting Your Life Force

In this phase, we journey inward, connecting with our vital energy and reaching ecstatic states. We start by combining movement, Qigong, and breathwork, ancient practices to circulate energy and vitality. Then we move into whirling, a dynamic meditation to induce trance-like states. Finally, we explore cosmic energy circulation techniques to connect with the energy that surrounds us while dancing, and ecstatic trance. We learn to let go, allowing our bodies to load the life force energy, move intuitively, and our minds to expand beyond ordinary consciousness.

3️⃣ Tribal Connection: Dancing with Others

The final phase brings us together, exploring connection through movement.

Partner Dancing: Learning how to invite with sensitivity and to move in harmony with others while respecting boundaries.
Music Structure Dancing: Understanding how to flow with melody (feminine) or the beat (masculine).
Eros and Polarity: Discovering how feminine and masculine energies express themselves in sync movement.
Blindfolded Movement: Deepening trust and intuition in connection.

This phase integrates tantra principles, teaching us to maintain our center while opening to others.

Throughout each phase, we'll guide you with care, creating a safe space for exploration and expression. Whether you're an experienced dancer or a curious newcomer, Divine Dance offers a journey into the heart of ecstatic movement and connection.

🎶 A Deep Ecstatic Dance Experience

After the workshop, we'll transition into the Divine Ecstatic Dance. This is a 2 to 3 hours ecstatic dance to explore the full spectrum of movement and connection we've discovered in the workshop.

There's no right or wrong way to dance here. Some moments might call for eyes-closed introspection, others for playful interaction. The dance floor becomes a laboratory for conscious connection, a playground for the soul.
