Voice, strings and the dance floor.
Sarasvati Dasi is a vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and DJ whose work connects devotional singing with electronic dance music. She co-founded KIRTANIYAS in 2009 and spent years performing mantra music before developing her hybrid DJ format.
Her ecstatic dance sets can include live voice, violin and harmonium. Afro house, bass-driven music and global rhythms provide an electronic foundation, with room for both quieter openings and more energetic dance passages.
Her official site shares a full recording of her Boom Festival 2025 ecstatic dance set. She also appears in the 2026 Ecstatic Dance Festival Cyprus program, alongside a voice workshop. Beyond DJ performances, her work includes kirtan and vocal exploration.
