Many musical worlds, one dance floor.
Esta Polyesta works across ecstatic dance, music production, facilitation and DJ teaching. Based in Amsterdam, she has brought her sets to communities in Europe and beyond.
Her music crosses tempos and styles, combining acoustic material with electronic beats. Smooth transitions and rhythmic variety are central to the approach described in her festival biography. Alongside ecstatic dance, she offers Trance Movement work and teaches other DJs and facilitators.
Her official links bring together recorded sets, releases, event information and training. They include her collaboration with Mashti, Waterdruppel, and Wunjo Records. The SoundCloud page is a useful starting point for listening to the longer-form journeys.
