A dancer’s instinct behind the decks.
Jethro came to ecstatic dance through a background in breakdancing and professional movement. After discovering the practice in Amsterdam, he began facilitating opening ceremonies and later moved behind the decks.
His work includes co-founding Avalon Dance Odyssey in Glastonbury and co-organizing Ecstatic Dance Festival Cyprus. The Cyprus festival’s 2026 program lists him as both a member of the organizing team and a DJ.
His sets draw from different genres and use marked changes in energy. The musical journey can make space for softness before moving into more intense passages. His SoundCloud catalogue includes solo recordings and collaborations with Rachi, offering several ways into his approach.
